How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free for orders over €75. Below €75 we charge a flat fee of €5.

Sometimes we run out of stock and instead of selling out, we ship our items directly from our overseas warehouse to give you the fastest possible delivery times. In those cases, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. (We are working hard to shorten our delivery times and often your package will arrive earlier than the estimated delivery time).

Which courier do you ship with?
We use DHL and DPD within the Benelux. For shipments in Europe we use DHL, DPD or UPS, depending on the country.

How does the 30-day return policy work?
If your puppy is not happy or you would like to exchange your order, please email our support team and they can provide you with all the instructions you need to return your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Of course, as long as our fulfillment team has not shipped your order yet. If they have, please wait until the bed is delivered and leave it unopened so we can give you instructions on how to return your order.

What if I provided the wrong shipping address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please email us immediately with “URGENT order change” in the subject line. If your order has already been shipped, we will work with you and the carrier to resend the order where possible.

My package is missing. What should I do?
Please email support@dreamy-dog.com and we will look into it for you.

My tracking says “No information available at this time”.
Some carriers may take several business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
