The Dreamydog dog cushion has a 10-year warranty on the memory foam. Replacement covers have a 1-year warranty. This warranty applies to defects due to poor workmanship or materials. Normal wear and tear or damage from rough use by dogs is not covered. Dreamydog is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow maintenance instructions. The covers of all our beds are removable and machine washable. We do not recommend washing the inner inserts, if necessary hand wash only.

Wash the cover in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. You can also use a damp cloth to remove stains from the cover.

Shipping takes 1-2 days throughout NL & BE after placing your order. Orders outside the Benelux may take longer depending on your location.

Please check that you have the correct bed size before opening the package. You can do this by measuring your space and comparing it to the measurements on our website or by asking our team at info@dreamy-dog.com.

Returns can only be processed within 30 days of the purchase date and if the vacuum seal has not been opened, as the bed cannot be repacked once it has been unfolded. View full details on refunds and exchanges on our Returns page.

Your bed will be delivered vacuum packed. Let the bed inflate for 24-72 hours. However, your dog can use it right away.

CertiPUR-US® Certified memory foam means the foam is made WITHOUT: Ozone depleting substances; PBDEs or the following Tris flame retardants: TCEP, TDBPP, TDCPP or TEPA; mercury, lead and heavy metals; formaldehyde; phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The foam has been tested for performance, durability, emissions and content and has been analyzed by independent, accredited testing laboratories.
